Free Challenges[edit]Launch through flaming hoops with a Cannon[edit]

Three flaming hoops have appeared across the map and it's your job to hop through all three of them... but using a cannon! That's right, Season 8 made a big deal about Pirate Cannons and their ability to deal damage, bring down structures, and send players flying and now we're wrapping up the last week of challenges with that in mind.

The first hoop is near the Pirate Camp southwest of Salty Springs on top of the hill. Get to the Pirate Cannon at the top and destroy the wooden wall in front of it so it doesn't get in the way. Hop in and aim for the flaming hoop but make sure the center dot is positioned slightly above the hop like in the image above. Blast through the hoop to make it count towards the challenge.

The second hoop is over the lava river. Get to the Pirate Camp south of the giant volcano and use the Pirate Cannon facing the hoop. Again, hop inside and point the center dot above the hoop, but this time just a tad higher than the first one.

For the last one, head to the Pirate Camp west of Lazy Lagoon. Run up to the Pirate Cannon facing the flaming hoop floating above the pirate ship. Since the distance is pretty far, you'll need to aim a lot higher. I was able to get it by aligning the top of the cannon with the top of the volcano. Use the image above as a reference!

Harvest Wood in a single match[edit]

A very simply challenge that tasks you with collecting the three different material types in a certain order. First is wood (500), then stone (400), and finally metal (300). Remember, once a stage is completed, you need to finish the match before activating the next step!

Stage 1: Harvest Wood in a single matchStage 2: Stone in a single matchStage 3: Harvest Metal in a single match

If the Endgame LTM is still active, Thor's Stormbreaker will destroy any object instantly and give you all the material for it too!

Eliminate opponents at Tilted Towers or The Block[edit]

Take down three different enemies in either Tilted Towers or The Block. If you like being pummeled by dozens of enemies, take a drop down to Tilted Towers. If you're not feeling like your skills are up to par for today, why not head over to The Block where thing are typically a lot calmer. Expect a few extra enemy players thanks to this challenge.

Battle Pass Challenges[edit]Search the treasure map signpost found in Junk Junction[edit]

The treasure map challenge is back for one last go in Season 8! Head over to Junk Junction and near the center area and north of the building. You can find the map in front of a purple shipping container.

Once you've taken care of finding the map, head over to the underground mines shaped like a fork and a knife north of Fatal Fields. Head over to the knife formation and look for the battle star to appear near the eastern most point!

Deal damage with an Infantry Rifle or Heavy Assault Rifle[edit]

Both the Infantry Rifle and Heavy Assault Rifle require a more precise aim as both weapons have a slower rate of fire. If you're having trouble dealing 500 damage, try heading into one of a larger LTM where the teams are bigger and you're allowed to respawn.

Deal damage within 10s of landing after using a Volcano Vent[edit]

Volcano vents are a great means of escape and many players use them to quickly nullify a dangerous situation. After using a volcano vent, land and attack to add to this challenge. For this one in particular you're asked to deal 100 damage. Volcano vents can be found all around the volcano (surprise) and the jungle biome, along with a few areas further south of the volcano.

Eliminate an opponent from closer than 5m away[edit]

Take out two enemies from 5m away or closer. 5m is roughly the size of one building segment. Get yourself a shotgun and head into whatever LTM mode puts you in large teams where players get up close and personal. Players here are not as alert so it'll be easier to sneak up on someone.
