Free Challenges[edit]Visit Pirate Camps in a single match[edit]

Pirates have taken over seven abandoned locations across the map. Visit at least three camps in a single match to complete this challenge. You'll know it's a pirate camp by flag with the white kraken along with the shoddy wooden infrastructure. Use our map and our list of locations to help you find them all:

To the west of the water at Lazy Lagoon. At the southwest section of the base of the volcano. The abandoned house southwest of Pleasant Park.In the snow biome, northeast of the old Greasy Grove (frozen lake). On top of the hill southwest of Salty Springs. At the bridge connecting the desert biome to the normal map, south of Retail Row.The abandoned house between Loot Lake and Dusty Divot.

And our map:

Deal 100 damage with the pickaxe. This one may seem hard at first, but you can easily rack up these points when you're playing in duos or squads. Once you take down an enemy with surviving team members, whip out your pickaxe and take out the knocked down foe for all their 100 remaining health. Don't waste your time fighting another player to the death at the start of the match, just knock them down first!

Visit Junk Junction and The Block in a single match[edit]

No planes, so this one will be a little trickier! A multi-stage challenge that has you visiting two different named locations in a single match. You can expect a lot of players to be traveling within the fastest route between both locations. To avoid other players, try taking a longer and less direct route like moving along the furthest side of a hill. You don't have to visit them in any order, just visit both at some point during a single match!

Look out for vehicles like the Driftboard or the new Baller to get from place to place quickly. Here are the three stages you need to complete:

Stage 1: Visit Junk Junction and The Block in a single matchStage 2: Visit Pleasant Park and Dusty Divot in a single matchStage 3: Visit Happy Hamlet and Snobby Shores in a single match

Battle Pass Challenges[edit]Deal damage to opposing players while riding a Zipline[edit]

Not only is this a tough challenge because it requires the use of the zipline, but it's also a multi-stage challenge so completing the initial request is not enough. First you'll have to deal any amount of damage to an enemy while riding a zipline. The second task asks you to deal any damage to enemies while they use the zipline. For the second part, you may find more luck by camping near a zipline and waiting for someone to hop on.

Remember, you can control the direction in which you move on a zipline so you can stay on indefinitely! Check out our updated zipline map above for a look at all the ziplines in Season 8. The ziplines marked in purple are the new ones!

Deal damage to players from above[edit]

Deal 500 damage to enemy players from a higher elevation. This can mean standing up high on a hill or simply building above and attacking from there. That's assuming you can outpace the speed that some players build, it's insane.

Search Chests at Loot Lake or Snobby Shores[edit]

Search seven chests in either Lazy Lagoon or Snobby Shores. Or both! Pick your preferred location and pop open all your chests there. Once you start a match, try landing at the location furthest from the battle bus path to minimize the amount of players you run into.

Use our interactive map to find all the chests in both locations!

Loot Lake may be the more chaotic of the two as it's closer to the center of the map. I'd head over to Snobby Shores. It's not only closer to the edge of the map but it has five homes full of chests.

Eliminate opponents in different Named Locations[edit]

Take out five enemies, each in a different named locations. Doesn't matter if it's in a different match, you can't do it in the same named location twice. A list of current named locations:
