Netflix will host a panel at E3 this year called “Bringing Your Favorite Shows to Life: Developing Netflix Originals into Video Games.”

The company said the panel will consist of "game developers and show creators who are feeding fan passion by adapting Netflix original content into video games.” IGN's own Lucy O'Brien will be hosting the panel.
Prior to the official invitations going out, the official Netflix NX and E3 accounts discussed the details rather publicly on Twitter to build excitement for the event. As for what games the streaming giant will actually highlight, Netflix mentioned the upcoming Stranger Things 3: The Game but added that “there’s definitely more to come.” Given that, it’s possible we could get some new game announcements at the panel.
The fact that this Twitter exchange was from Netflix NX, Netflix’s hub for comic book and sci-fi shows and movies, that may also indicate what type of series Netflix intends to turn into video games.
While Stranger Things 3: The Game will be launching on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and mobile devices, Netflix is no stranger to putting interactive experiences directly on its platform. Last year, we saw the company release its first interactive movie with Black Mirror: Bandersnatch. And just last month You Vs. Wild let viewers make decisions to guide Bear Grylls on his adventures. We recently went hands-on with Netflix's Stranger Things 3: The Game at a recent Nintendo Switch Nindies showcase.
Regardless, it will be interesting to see what comes out of Netflix’s E3 debut. For everything else to expect at E3 be sure to check out all of the E3 2019 press conferences and games to expect in our E3 2019 wiki.
